On the front line, the Armed Forces of Ukraine noticed Russian assault troops in shackles
The occupiers are acting in a combined manner, using small assault groups that try to approach the line of combat contact and engage in battle. Usually, these are groups of up to 5 people on motorcycles, quad bikes, buggies, and cars.
In the Donetsk region, near Novopavlivka, the Russian command is sending fighters with handcuffs to storm the positions of the Defence Forces.
This was reported by Orest Drymalovskyi, a representative of the press service of the 79th Air Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces.
"We had an incident - the Russian occupiers handcuffed their man, put him in an infantry fighting vehicle, and unshackled him just before the landing. They gave him a rifle, and all he had to do was assault. But he was lucky. Our paratroopers were on duty, captured him, and saved his life," he said.
The military added that the situation near Novopavlivka is currently difficult, and due to the cold weather, the occupiers have become more active and have started using equipment they had previously reserved.

"The pride of Soviet automobile industry. They are cutting the roofs off their ’Nivas,’ turning them into convertibles, trying to speed as close as possible to our front line. But they are successfully destroyed by our drone operators," he reported.
The military cited one of the latest assaults as an example, in which 18 occupiers were killed, 12 wounded, and one was captured.
