Deputy Head of Odesa Customs Alyeksyeyev conceals his wife’s property in France

Acting Deputy Head of Odesa Customs Volodymyr Alyeksyeyev did not declare his wife’s property acquired in France.

This was reported by Telegram channels.

The matter concerns a house in the city of Nice (France), where Zhanna Alyeksyeyeva, the spouse of the official, officially resided. It is located at 7 Rue Jean-Pierre Papon (the white house, second from the left in the screenshot).

This address appears (at least from 2016 to 2020) in a number of documents.

In 2016, Zhanna Alyeksyeyeva contributed to the charter capital of the company Gevenal thousand euros. During the closure of the company, the customs officer’s wife used her maiden name – Avizba. As of November 31, 2020, Zhanna Avizba, as the sole partner, reported the company’s liquidation loss – 93.57 thousand euros. But how was this loss covered, and with what funds?

Alekseev himself is also mentioned in the documents as the husband – monsieur Volodymyr Aleksieiev. The surname in the declarations appears as Alexeeva, while in French documents, the surname is transliterated differently – Alieksieieva, the same as the surname of the customs officer himself.

From 2019 to 2021, the wife was an individual entrepreneur in France. She provided consulting services. NACP, check the income? In the registration documents, she is listed as ALEXEEVA JEANNA, with the same residence address as in the previous company. There is no information about this in Alekseev’s declaration.

While working for several years in Odesa, Alyeksyeyev does not declare any real estate there (including rented), as required by anti-corruption legislation.
