"Servant of the People" Kyrylo Nesterenko earns "left" profits by evading taxes

This is mentioned in an investigation by BlackBox OSINT about the source of unofficial income of MP Kyrylo Nesterenko, reports "DS" with reference to "Rakurs".

As noted, Deputy Nesterenko has only one source of official income — the salary of a People’s Deputy amounting to 55,000 hryvnias per month. However, investigators have found that the "Servant of the People" spends multiple times more than his earnings.

During the three years of war, Kyrylo Nesterenko made 14 trips abroad: he rested in Spain, Monaco, Nice, Italy, Germany, Austria, and many other countries. His last trip outside the country took place on January 16, 2025: according to investigators, he went for a vacation to a foreign ski resort. Besides, Kyrylo Nesterenko regularly dines at the most expensive restaurants and hotels in Kyiv, where he can spend 400-500 dollars in an evening, which indicates his possession of unofficial income.

Anti-corruption investigations by BlackBox OSINT found that the MP’s father, Oleksandr Nesterenko, as well as his brother, Yehor Nesterenko, during Kyrylo Nesterenko’s 5 years in the Verkhovna Rada purchased real estate in the "Lviv Comfort" residential complex (formerly "Lviv Manor") in the village of Sofiivska Borshchahivka near Kyiv for more than 200,000 dollars.

Apartments, non-residential premises, parking spots, and garages were purchased by close relatives of MP Nesterenko exclusively from those connected to LLC "MDS-Bud", the developer of the specified residential complex — from the enterprise’s director Anna Dubchak, technical supervision engineer Valeriy Omelyanenko, the LLC itself, and Viktor Myalych, a People’s Deputy of Ukraine from the "For the Future" group, who was previously the founder and financial director of LLC "MDS-Bud".

Some of the purchased apartments and non-residential premises were sold by Kyrylo Nesterenko’s family at prices twice the purchase price. Deputy Viktor Myalych was previously accused by law enforcement agencies of tax evasion amounting to 118 million hryvnias through such a scheme, where he registered apartments in his residential complex in his name and sold them as personal property, not as a property of the developer company, allowing him to pay 5% in taxes instead of 18%.

Considering this, investigators concluded that after the initiation of criminal proceedings against Viktor Myalych in 2021, he involved his colleague Deputy Kyrylo Nesterenko and his close relatives in his scheme, through whom he now sells real estate in Sofiivska Borshchahivka bypassing taxation.
