Under Pokrovsk, Chinese mercenaries serve in the ranks of the occupying forces, — social media
Russian media are distributing a video showing servicemen in Russian Armed Forces uniforms speaking Chinese and drawing hieroglyphs on walls. There is no official confirmation of the authenticity of the footage yet.
On March 2, a video is being circulated online, in which, allegedly, Chinese mercenaries of the Russian Armed Forces are signing walls of a multi-storey building in the Pokrovsk direction.
The video shows servicemen writing Chinese hieroglyphs on a wall inside a damaged multi-storey building. On the uniform of one of them, a patch of the assault company of the BARS (Country’s Army Reserve) unit can be seen.
There is no official confirmation that mercenaries from China are fighting for the Russian army in the Pokrovsk direction yet.
Russian military analyst Yan Matveev in his Telegram channel claims that the video was shot in the town of Selydove of the Pokrovsk district in the Donetsk region, and that these are indeed Chinese serving in the Russian armed forces.

"They speak Chinese, they also write in Chinese. Mercenaries or Xi’s envoys studying the experience of modern warfare?" Matveev wrote.
