According to available data, last night explosions occurred in the Oryol region near the linear production dispatcher station "Steel Horse," which is responsible for managing the technological processes of the Druzhba pipeline and is a key element in the processes of supplying oil to the terminal of the Ust-Luga seaport, located in the Leningrad region.
