In any future peace negotiations, Ukraine will have three key issues that serve as "red lines" and are not subject to discussion.

This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andriy Sybiha, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

"I do not like this definition. There are fundamental things that are not subject to discussion, which cannot be touched. The first is the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine. Ukraine will never recognize the occupied territories. Second, no country has a veto power over the choice of the Ukrainian people, over Ukraine’s choice regarding participation in various alliances, whether it be the European Union or NATO," he explained.

According to Sybiha, the third issue that will remain off the table is the limitation of Ukraine’s defence capabilities and army capacity, which Ukraine will not agree to. The minister clarified that all of Ukraine’s partners are aware of these fundamental matters.

"Russia must be held accountable. These are all elements of comprehensive peace. And let me remind you, they were also outlined in our "peace formula," they reflect the approaches that define our position on the international stage. Fundamental things, which are principled for us, are "nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine," "nothing about Europe without Europe." And in this, we also have support," Sybiha concluded.
