In the "DPR", subscribers of the local mobile operator "Phoenix", who registered SIM cards using a Ukrainian, "DPR", or other country’s passport, except Russia, are required to change the data to a Russian passport, otherwise the number will be blocked from July 1 this year. In connection with this, on March 17, a queue formed at the office on Pushkin Boulevard.
