"The Russian Federation reserves the right not to comply with the moratorium on attacks on energy facilities, which is constantly violated by Kyiv," Peskov stated.

He also noted that "all units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces ignore the orders of the Ukrainian leadership and strike at Russian energy facilities."
