"Vinnytsiaoblenergo" without competition purchased a luxurious Jeep Grand Cherokee for 2.88 million hryvnias

JSC "Vinnytsiaoblenergo" on March 7th, following the results of the tender, ordered a passenger car from LLC "Ilta Lviv" for the amount of 2.88 million UAH.

This is stated in the Prozorro system.

By May, an all-wheel-drive Jeep Grand Cherokee (USA) with Overland L configuration for seven seats, produced not earlier than 2023, in the color "Diamond Black Crystal", should be delivered to Vinnytsia. The car will have a 3.6-liter Pentastar petrol engine of Euro-6 class with a power of 285 horsepower, as well as an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The car is equipped with various safety systems, including monitoring of "blind spots" and warnings about pedestrians and cyclists. In addition, there are front, side, and knee airbags for the driver and the front passenger, safety curtains for both rows of seats. Additional features include a panoramic two-section roof, parking assistance system, rearview camera, four-zone climate control, adaptive cruise control, paddle shifters, a steering wheel and interior elements with leather upholstery, active noise cancellation system, as well as nine speakers with an amplifier and a subwoofer. The front seats will have memory and massage, and heating and ventilation are provided for both rows of seats.

As of today, the Overland L 2023 model with such an engine costs 2.84 million UAH in showrooms, and an additional 44,550 UAH is required for the black pearl Diamond Black Crystal, making the market price 2.88 million UAH. This slightly differs from the price for oblenergo.

The company received the order without competition, as no one else participated in the open bidding.

"Vinnytsiaoblenergo" under the leadership of Yuriy Kasich is part of the group of Kostyantyn Hryhoryshyn.

The founders of "Ilta Lviv" are director Pavlo Yarema, Oleksandra Voloshynovska, Danylo Yarema, Roman Markovych, Andriy Volynets, and SP "Interkooprex" Iryna Tseholko. The latter is the wife of Petro Tseholko, a deputy of the Lviv Regional Council from the "European Solidarity" party. Danylo Yarema was a deputy of the Lviv Regional Council from "Our Ukraine" from 2006 to 2010.

Since the creation of "Prozorro" in 2016, the company has received orders totaling 389.58 million UAH.
