NABU exposes new land scheme: suspicions against a Cherkasy Regional Council deputy and co-owners of "Binom-Group"
NABU and SAPO served notices of suspicion to a regional deputy and two company owners.
This concerns the co-owners of the company "Binom-Group" Vitaliy Zaluzhnyi and Serhiy Fil. The name of the Cherkasy Regional Council deputy is currently unknown.
According to the investigation, Zaluzhnyi and Fil demanded an unlawful benefit from the deputy for preparing a land valuation report at a reduced cost. It was about a land plot in Uman at the address 25 Zavodska Street. Entrepreneur Kostyantyn Levchenko purchased it for 816,000 UAH but later sold it to a citizen of Israel for 2.13 million UAH.
Zaluzhnyi and Fil valued their services at 38,000 UAH. They were served notices of suspicion for receiving unlawful benefits and their legalization, while the deputy was served a notice for providing this benefit.
The co-founders of "Binom-Group" have a similar suspicion in a land case in Mukachevo, where former MP Mykhaylo Lanyo and the mayor of Mukachevo Andriy Baloha are among the suspects.
