"Putin’s Easter Truce": The Armed Forces of Ukraine revealed what is really happening on the front

Ukrainian defenders note that the number of shellings on the front line in the Donetsk region has decreased against the backdrop of the "Easter truce." However, a complete ceasefire is still not in place.

This was reported by the chief sergeant of the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade "Kholodnyi Yar," Vitaliy Pyasetskyi, during a broadcast on Suspilne.

"It’s hard to say whether this truce was really supposed to happen or has any real basis. So far, the number of shellings has decreased," said the military personnel.

He added that among Ukrainian servicemen, there is no belief in or serious perception of a truce from Russia.

According to the defender, Russians are using all available means of destruction - artillery, drone drops, FPV drone strikes, etc. The amount of artillery use has decreased compared to the past few months in the area of responsibility of the 93rd brigade in the Donetsk region.

"The enemy is not conducting assault operations. Mainly, these are small infantry groups of 2-3 people, with up to 20 enemy personnel detected per day, who then come under fire," he noted.
