President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the preparation for possible negotiations with Russia in Turkey.

He noted that Ukraine continues to monitor the development of events and is waiting to see who exactly will arrive from the Russian side. According to the president, further steps by Ukraine will be determined based on this.

Zelenskyy emphasized that the signals from Russia, which are coming through the media, are not yet convincing. However, he noted that information about the possible presence of former U.S. President Donald Trump at the negotiations in Turkey could be an important argument for advancing the process.

«A week can indeed change a lot, but for now, everything is being decided», — he added, noting the uncertainty of the current situation.
