In the Odesa region, a man twice ignored a summons from the TRC and was fined

An officially unemployed resident of the Odesa region twice ignored a summons from the Territorial Center for Recruitment and did not undergo a medical commission. As a result, a criminal case was opened against him, which was heard in the Savranskyi Court.

This became known from the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.

A resident of the village of Kamyane, Savranskyi district, ignored a summons to appear at the territorial recruitment center. A month later, he was handed another one, which he also ignored and did not pass the military medical commission. A criminal case was opened against him, and at the court, the man repented of evading mobilization.

The defendant was found guilty under Article 1 of Article 337 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (evasion of mobilization). The court imposed a fine of 350 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens, which amounts to 5,950 hryvnias.
