The occupiers launched three missiles and eight "Gerbera" UAVs at Chernihiv on May 25

On May 25, Russian forces attacked the city of Chernihiv with three missiles and eight "Gerbera" type UAVs. As a result of the shelling, a manufacturing enterprise and residential buildings were damaged.

This was reported by the operational command "North" on its Facebook page.

According to the information on the website of the Department of Civil Protection and Defence Work of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, Russian forces attacked Chernihiv, likely using "Iskander" ballistic missiles.

On the same day, the head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, reported that the Russians attacked not only Chernihiv with drones and missiles but also the Chernihiv, Nizhyn, and Koryukivka districts.

According to the report of the OC "North", in the Chernihiv district, in the village of Andriivka, three explosions occurred, probably from "Gerbera" type UAVs. As a result of the shelling, an enterprise was damaged.

In the Nizhyn district, in the village of Pisky, missile debris fell, resulting in damage to a building.

In the Koryukivka district, in the city of Mena, there were four explosions, likely from "Gerbera" type UAVs. As a result of the shelling, two private houses were damaged.

Additionally, as reported by the department, due to the fall of fragments of an "X59" cruise missile near a settlement in the Koryukivka district, the walls of a residential house and a vehicle were damaged.
