In Kharkiv, there are already 22 victims due to the Russian strike: a teenager, an infant, and a rescuer

This was reported by the Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko in Telegram.

According to the minister, three people have died as a result of the Russian shelling. One of the deceased is a 32-year-old man. Two other bodies require identification. Preliminary information suggests they are women aged 59 and 86.

"The forensic examination will provide the final answer: police criminologists have already collected biological material," Klymenko informed.

As of 14:40, there are already 22 injured in Kharkiv, including a 14-year-old girl and an infant who is only one and a half months old. Among the injured is a rescuer who was injured while dealing with the aftermath of the shelling.

"From the first minutes, rescuers, police officers, and medics have been working continuously on the scene. The State Emergency Service has set up an operational headquarters. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing at two locations. Psychologists are helping the victims overcome shock and fear," added the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
