In Lutsk, a man locked himself in a car after the arrival of military commissars and the police

In Lutsk, a man locked himself in his own car after officers from the military enlistment office (TRC) and the patrol police tried to detain him.

According to local media, the incident began with an attempt to fine the driver for a parking violation. However, the situation escalated when representatives of the TRC arrived at the scene and attempted to forcibly remove the man from the car.

The scene attracted the attention of many passersby, who engaged in a verbal conflict with the police and enlistment officers. Eventually, the authorities left the scene to applause and cheers from the gathered crowd.
