The past day in Kherson region: Russians killed one person and injured two

As a result of Russian strikes on the Kherson region over the past day, one person was killed and two civilians were injured.

This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kherson region.

As noted, Russian forces shelled the right bank of the Kherson region with artillery and mortars and attacked with various types of drones over the past day.

From the enemy’s combined attacks, Kherson, Kizomys, Antonivka, Dniprovskoye, Naddnipryanske, Novodmytrivka, Chornobaivka, Myroliubivka, Prydniprovske, Stepanivka, Molodizhne, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Darivka, Sadove, Sofiivka, Komyshany, Bilozerka, Beryslav, Zolota Balka, Osokorivka, Dudchany, Mylove, Virivka, Chervonyi Mayak, Novooleksandrivka were affected.

Damage to 20 objects was recorded: seven private and one apartment buildings, a public catering establishment, six cars, a power line, two preschool educational institutions, and two gas pipelines.

In the Dnipro district of Kherson, as a result of a drone attack, a 73-year-old local resident was killed. Nearby, a 46-year-old man was injured due to a drone-dropped explosive. He received shrapnel wounds to both legs and was taken to the hospital.

In Bilozerka, a 69-year-old local resident was injured as a result of artillery shelling. He received a shrapnel wound to the leg. The injured person was assisted on the spot and evacuated to a medical facility. A gas pipeline was also damaged there.

Significant damage was inflicted on civilian infrastructure by artillery shelling and drone attacks.

As a result of FPV drone strikes, private houses in Novooleksandrivka, Myroliubivka, Zolota Balka were damaged.

In Komyshany, an artillery shelling damaged a private house, and a drone drop damaged a gas pipeline.

In Kherson, an apartment building and six cars were damaged by drone attacks using explosive drops. Enemy artillery shelling in the city led to damage to a kindergarten.

In Osokorivka, an artillery hit damaged a public catering establishment.

In Darivka, an artillery hit caused a fire, during which garden plots burned. Fortunately, no one was hurt.

In Stepanivka, about five hectares of wheat and two hectares of dry grass burned due to a UAV drop.
