For the RF, deploying 400-500 "Shaheds" daily is unrealistic, - Budanov

The Russian occupying army regularly increases the number of Shahed kamikaze drones in its attacks on Ukraine. Some military experts warn that in the near future, the enemy may use up to 500 strike UAVs against Ukraine daily.

According to Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, such a number of drones in daily attacks is unrealistic. He stated this in a comment to the Ukrainian media.

The head of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine emphasized that Putin’s troops may periodically organize massive attacks using up to 500 strike UAVs at a time. At the same time, Budanov is convinced that the enemy is not capable of using such a number of kamikaze drones daily.

Furthermore, Budanov confirmed information that the Russian occupiers continue to upgrade their drones. This includes, in particular, the improvement of antennas. Analysts have previously explained that in this way, the adversary is trying to make the "Shaheds" resistant to electronic warfare devices.
