The defence of Shabunin demands the recusal of Judge Hrechana due to criticism from the ACC, prosecutors object

The defence of Shabunin questioned the impartiality of the judge, as the Anti-Corruption Action Center, which he heads, had previously criticized Judge Svitlana Hrechana in its publications.

The prosecutors, however, object: they called the recusal unfounded, saying no evidence of bias has been presented.

The judge is currently in the deliberation room.
