Germany denied the start of deliveries of Patriot systems to Ukraine

The German Ministry of Defence has denied claims of an allegedly already commenced delivery of Patriot missile systems to Ukraine.

This was stated by a representative of the German Ministry of Defence, Mitko Müller, emphasizing that "the coordination process within the agreement with the USA and NATO is still ongoing."

"Any deliveries under this initiative must be clearly coordinated. At this time, no corresponding decisions have been made yet," he told journalists.

Earlier, the former President of the United States, Donald Trump, claimed that the delivery of the Patriot systems had already been made during a speech dedicated to defense assistance to Ukraine. He noted that some European countries agreed to transfer their weapons to Kyiv in exchange for new purchases of American weapons.
