NABU will be required to undergo a polygraph due to state secrets: new requirements from the SSU approved by Zelenskyy
Employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, who have access to state secrets, will be required to undergo a polygraph test organized by the Security Service of Ukraine within six months after the new bill by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy comes into force. This provision is included in the text of the document, which has already been approved by the head of state.
This was reported by an informed source to ZN.UA.
Subsequently, the verification procedure, including the polygraph, will be repeated every two years. At the same time, the president’s bill does not specify that the provision also applies to employees of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
