The family of Odesa tax officer Dmytro Khandusenko lives lavishly during the war
The wife of the deputy head of the tax office in the Odesa region, Dmytro Khandusenko—Darya Khandusenko—organizes lavish celebrations and drives a Bentley Bentayga and a Range Rover.
Darya owns the clothing boutique Lior, which is doing well even in wartime conditions. Is it not at least partly due to her husband’s official position?

Wife Darya Kochurina moves around the city in a new Range Rover and Bentley Bentayga, hosts extravagant children’s parties with lavishness, and displays diamond jewelry worth half a million hryvnias.
According to the 2024 declaration, the family reported over 12.1 million UAH income. Khandusenko himself received a "gift" worth 900 thousand UAH from his father (who is the head of his business), as well as about 550 thousand UAH from selling cryptocurrency. Additionally, the declaration includes two apartments, each 210 square meters, a land plot of 1.2 hectares, crypto-assets, and a Land Rover.
Darya, in turn, declared a diamond ring, three companies named "Lior," as well as a Lexus RX350 and a 2024 Range Rover, leased for a total of 10.9 million UAH.
The family’s main income comes from her entrepreneurial activities—over 5.7 million UAH, plus 04.13 million UAH from the sale of property rights to a certain Iryna Hrechka.
Gifts from her father, income from the mysterious Grechka, and open luxury in the shadow of war could interest the NACP. If discrepancies are found in the declaration, Khandusenko could face criminal liability under Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine—for false declaration.
