Zelenskyy stated that a strong Ukrainian army will be a key element in ensuring security.

Deliveries of weapons and support for the Ukrainian industry are also planned. The President noted that at this time, weapon production in Europe is «insufficient».

The possibility of deploying foreign troops on Ukrainian territory is also being considered.

«We have reached an agreement on presence; I cannot specify the number, but it will be in various formats», Zelenskyy reported.
