Russians attacked the railway in Poltava region: the movement of several trains is delayed
On the night of September 18, Russian troops attacked railway infrastructure in the Poltava region. As a result, the movement of several trains has been delayed.
This was reported by "Ukrzaliznytsia".
Ukrzaliznytsia noted that due to the nighttime shelling of the Poltava region and the temporary power outage in several sections of the region, reserve diesel locomotives were deployed.
Currently, several passenger trains are delayed by up to 3 hours:

- №791 Kremenchuk – Kyiv.
"As of 07:00, the damage has been localized, and power has been restored – trains (including suburban electric trains) will continue to operate on schedule," the company emphasized.
The acting head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, Volodymyr Kohut, added that during the night, the enemy attacked railway infrastructure in the Myrhorod district. As a result, fires broke out, which were localized by units of the State Emergency Service, and one person was injured.
