The Employment Center, led by Zhovtyak, spent 80 million hryvnias on servers from a questionable company
The Employment Center, headed by Yuliya Zhovtyak, spent 80 million hryvnias on server equipment from the company "IT Escort" — a firm with a dubious reputation. At the same time, 70% of the amount was paid in advance. What exactly was delivered, whether it works, and where it is located — remains unknown, though a criminal case has already been opened on this matter.
This was reported by the Telegram channel "Vykryvach".

As investigators write, the story does not end there. A few months later, the Employment Center signed another contract – this time for cleaning services worth 60 million hryvnias. The winner was a company that previously provided security services. The documents even retained the old logo from the time when it offered entirely different services.
In addition, the structure under Zhovtyak’s leadership purchased monitors for 2.5 million hryvnias and is already preparing to acquire new computers. All of this – amidst the war and a shortage of funds in the state budget.
As journalists note, Yuliya Zhovtyak herself assures that all procurements were made in accordance with the law and are properly declared. However, while officials justify themselves, state tenders seem to be becoming increasingly profitable — for the chosen few.
