During the investigation, the Internal Security Department established that seized funds, to which Rybyanskyi had access, have disappeared. He was the financially responsible person.

"A criminal case has also been initiated under Part 3 of Article 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the investigation of which will be conducted by the State Bureau of Investigation," the police stated. Currently, the search for the missing law enforcement officer continues.
