In the TRC of Dnipro, a man inflicted cuts on his veins, as officially stated by the military enlistment office, commenting on a video recording showing a bloodied person.

«After undergoing the military medical commission and receiving the conclusion, the mentioned citizen went to the restroom, where he inflicted injuries on himself. An ambulance was immediately called to the scene, medical assistance was provided, and the man was taken to the hospital», - as stated in the report.
