In the Chernihiv region, the «overseers» from Luhansk were replaced by curators from BYuT member Dubil

No staff changes are being made in Chernihiv. This was stated by participants of the national resistance headquarters on April 15 during a press conference for journalists.

«A huge number of leaders who faithfully served Yanukovych’s bloody regime remain in their positions. In the conditions of an actual war with Russia, the absence of staff changes is inciting pro-Russian forces», – said Vasyl Chepurnyi, head of the regional «Prosvita» society, during the press conference.

The national resistance headquarters demands the replacement of the heads of the regional health department, the road service, the agro-industrial complex, and most importantly, local law enforcement: the head of the SSU, the tax office, the deputy heads of the regional police, and the prosecutor’s office.

«The Chernihiv region, which is a border area, can be used as a base for aggressive actions by Russia. And those leaders who owe their positions to Yanukovych, what will they do when the occupiers attack us? – They will act like in Donetsk and Luhansk (switching to the side of the occupiers)» – said another member of the national resistance headquarters, former head of the Chernihiv police, Eduard Alokhin.

«It so happened that a new «overseer» has appeared among us. And he is promoting to responsible state positions in the Chernihiv region those people who either paid or are personally devoted to him», – stated a member of the national resistance headquarters, Oleksandr Moshyr.

After journalists clarified who is meant by the «overseer», members of the headquarters responded: «Valeriy Dubil has been appointed responsible for personnel policy in the Chernihiv region». However, it was not possible to find out who appointed Dubil to this position.
