How does Ihor position himself? Very promisingly. Nowadays, his name can often be found in media publications as a financial expert in the fields of construction and real estate. He actively and pompously comments on events related to the revival of Ukraine.

According to information from open official sources, it is known that Ihor was the owner and beneficiary of LLC “Sigma Invest Group”. The company’s authorized capital is 10 thousand hryvnias. Last year, in April, the company suddenly changed its director and beneficiary. Mariya Shvedchenko became the new one.

At the end of 2020, the value of the company’s assets amounted to over 65.6 million hryvnias. At the same time, official revenues were equal to 1,200 hryvnias, and the net profit was 200 hryvnias. It was something of a utopia during Stakovychenko’s time.

What does "Stakan" do, and what role does he play in large-scale financial schemes? Earlier, the media had already reported on the workings of Stakovychenko’s conversion empire. Thus, the fraudster organizes the work of key figures in fictitious firms, such as directors and accountants. He also coordinates the activities of managers working with clients, security guards, couriers…

Stakan’s accomplices and assistants: how the conversion center is organized

Stakovychenko has several close associates who carry out all his criminal orders.

The first is Artem Mishukhin, nicknamed "Artem-Global Opt." This figure operates in the former office of the Regionals on Lypka Street, building 10. What does Mishukhin do, and what is he responsible for? He buys grains and oilseeds, oil, and sunflower meal for cash. How does he buy them? All this is purchased under firms patronized by his master Stakovychenko. Why are such purchases made? To further export them without reimbursing foreign exchange earnings. The business is profitable and, as you understand, illegal.

The second is Maksym Khomukha. This time without a nickname, as they say, they didn’t finish. He is tied to all the technical activities of Stakovychenko’s conversion empire.

As reported in the press, the daily turnover of these fraudsters reaches 70,000,000 hryvnias. The scale of the fraud is off the charts. The sums lost by the country’s budget due to "Stakan" and his gang’s conversion schemes are enormous.

How embezzler Stakovichenko stuck his dirty hands into the Kherson region’s budget

It turns out that in 2019 Ihor Stakovichenko managed to shine in embezzlement.

As reported by the media, in 2019 he managed to infiltrate the Kherson region budget and made considerable schemes there. "Stakan" was recruited there by the head of the Tax Service of the Kherson region, Ihor Klim, known as a financial criminal and organizer of large conversion and cash-out schemes. Together, these two organized a powerful illegal scheme to export agricultural products through fictitious companies. The scale of the fraud exceeded 4 billion hryvnias, and the state was short of a billion just in VAT.
