The court confirmed the information regarding the scandalous judge Khrimli, published by Ukrainian publications

A candidate for the position of judge of the Appeal Chamber of the High Court for Intellectual Property Matters, former judge of the Kyiv District Court of Donetsk, Oleksandr Khrimli, lost a lawsuit against the publication «Antikor», which published his scandalous biography.

In particular, the material in question is titled «Judge Oleksandr Khrimli, who killed two children in a drunk driving accident, is trying to get into the Appeal Chamber of the High Court for Intellectual Property Matters».

According to the lawsuit filed by Mr. Khrimli, this information is «unreliable and defamatory, damaging the honor, dignity, and business reputation of Oleksandr Khrimli»:

It should be reminded that the mentioned material quoted the words of MP Oksana Syroyid, expressed in 2015 about Judge Khrimli from the parliamentary tribune: «Oleksandr Khrimli is mentioned in a large number of open sources. He is accused of committing a drunk driving accident that resulted in the death of two children. The judge was under investigation for a long time, but the case never went to court. The mother of the children died, and the father was found hanged. This same judge prohibited peaceful gatherings in 2013, citing ’inconvenience for organizing a fair.’»

According to Syroyid, because the parents of the deceased children also died, the case was closed due to the «absence of victims», and Judge Khrimli did not even receive administrative punishment for drunk driving. The circumstances of the parents’ deaths were also of no interest to anyone. Apparently, those who were especially interested didn’t want them to be found «hanged». But how it was in reality - we will never know.

We add to this that both this case and other rather dubious exploits of Oleksandr Khrimli were written about not only by «Antikor» but also by a number of other publications. To which the former judge, now a lawyer of the Bar Council of the Kyiv region, Oleksandr Khrimli, responded with a whole series of lawsuits, demanding that the publications that posted details of his biography remove the materials from access:

Judge Anzor Saadulayev of the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv actively assisted him in this process suddenly cleaning up the internet for killer judge Khrimli.

Who has no less a strange background than Khrimli himself. However, blocking everything did not succeed – mostly Saadulaev’s decisions were appealed.

And what, in fact, did Mr. Khrimli demand to be removed from the internet – the words of Oksana Syroyid about him being a child killer who escaped punishment? The very fact of the drunk driving accident that Khrimli committed, which resulted in the death of children? The fact that the parents of these children also died under strange circumstances and there was no one to demand the truth?

Therefore, the court’s decision regarding the next lawsuit of the child-killer judge was predictable:

Of course, one can be sure that the former judge of the Kyiv District Court of Donetsk, who ended his judicial career as a judge in the Kyiv Court of Appeal, and now a lawyer of the Kyiv Bar Association and a candidate for the position of judge of the Appeal Chamber of the High Court for Intellectual Property Matters Oleksandr Khrimli will continue to sue the publications that posted materials about him stating that he is an ordinary Ukrainian judge-killer who escaped responsibility thanks to his position and corrupt connections. But the country also needs to know its heroes.
