On a private Hawker 850XP jet, registration number TC-MFY, he departed to Spain at 15:07, where he had previously purchased a villa from Dmytro Firtash in Marbella for $8 million on the Mediterranean coast. His family left through Belarus.

The plane chartered by Denys Kostrzhevskyi on 13.02.2022 also flew through Belarus, although the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine had prohibited flights over Belarusian territory since May 26, 2021.

The route to Spain is not near, and transit through Belarus significantly increases the distance and costs. It is unknown whether there was a landing in Belarus, which at that time was entirely controlled by Russian special services, but even simply transiting through Belarus increases the distance by several hundred kilometers.

In the event of an invasion of Ukraine with the goal of quickly capturing the capital, it was planned to take control of airfields in Hostomel, Vasylkiv, and Kyiv. This is the fastest way to deploy troops. Therefore, the aforementioned flight route of the head of the capital airport looks suspicious.
