There will be no summonses in the e-cabinet of persons liable for military service, - Chernohorenko

The law on the e-cabinet of persons liable for military service, which was signed by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on 2 April, does not contain any norms on the service of summonses.

This was reported in a statement by Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Kateryna Chernohorenko during the telethon.

“According to the law that was adopted and signed, there is currently no provision for electronic delivery of subpoenas,” Chernohorenko noted.

According to her, the e-office of a person liable for military service is necessary solely for updating data.
