“We reported on the physical protection of energy facilities, the restoration of networks, now all the necessary conditions are being created to reduce the shortage of electricity. Kharkiv should receive easy schedules, officials are working separately to help the city and region to overcome existing energy challenges,” the president said and promised to allocate funds for this is the direction.

He believes that the goal of the Russian Federation is “to push people out of Kharkiv, from the region.”
