On its basis, the military enlistment office can deprive a person of the right to drive a car in court, the Judicial and Legal Newspaper writes.

The requirement may be put forward by the military registration and enlistment office if the person liable for military service has not clarified his data 60 days after the law comes into force. Or if he did not appear when called to the TRC or did not undergo a medical examination.

The algorithm is as follows. If the military registration and enlistment office has established a violation, it contacts the police to bring the person in. In the event of written notification from the police that this is not possible, the TRC sends a “demand” to the conscript by regular mail by registered mail.

If it was not possible to find the conscript at the address - or he refused to sign for the letter to the postman - the date of delivery will be considered a postal note indicating the refusal to receive the request or the impossibility of delivering it.

In the future, if a person does not appear at the TRC within 10 calendar days, military commissars, through the court, begin to restrict his rights to drive a car.
