Kyiv judge found guilty of false declaration bought a new car during the war

Svyatoshynskyi District Court judge Ivanna Yerosova ("Mykolayets"), who was caught on false declarations, bought a new car during the war.

The editors learned about this from her new declaration for 2023.

This is not the first time that Judge Yerosova has come under scrutiny. In 2021, the High Council of Justice decided to dismiss her following a complaint from the Pharmaceutical Firm "Darnitsa", but Yerosova remained in office.

Already in August 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges confirmed the information about the inaccuracy (including incompleteness) of the information provided by the judge in the declaration of family ties for 2013-2017 and appealed to the High Council of Justice to bring her to disciplinary responsibility in accordance with Article 107 of the Law "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges". Nevertheless, the woman continues not only to judge but also to receive money from the state. In 2023, she declared UAH 1.8 million in salary and another UAH 183,000 in pension.
Yerosova has a daughter, Anastasiya, whom she employed as a court consultant at the Department for Support of the Third Judicial Chamber of the Civil Court of Cassation’s Secretariat. She is also a PhD student at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences.

She has purchased a 2012 Lexus RX 450H, which is used by her mother on the right of easement. She also owns a part of an unfinished house in the village of Petrushky in Kyiv region and $10,000 in cash.

Yerosova Sr. declared diamond earrings and a diamond ring, but did not specify their value. In addition, in December 2022, she purchased a Skoda Kamiq (2022) for UAH 985.5 thousand.
