Hackers hacked TV channels in Russian regions: they showed the war in Ukraine instead of a parade
Hackers hacked the airwaves of local TV providers in a number of Russian regions. Instead of a parade, footage from Red Square was shown related to the war in Ukraine and repressions in the Russian Federation.
Russian media report this.
The breakdown of the Smart TV system occurred in the Omsk and Irkutsk regions, as well as in Bashkortostan. Instead of a parade on Red Square, viewers saw videos with headlines from opposition media, footage of the “Russian March” and stories of former prisoners who took part in the war against Ukraine. In addition, they showed footage of the terrorist attack in Crocus, a video of the falsification of Russian elections and photos of participants in the war in Ukraine with the inscription “killer” on each one.
At the same time, unknown persons who broke into the air of the Ufanet television provider (serving 600 cities and towns) “impeached” Putin, accused him of falsifying votes, “starting a war with the nearest people,” as well as inaction during major terrorist attacks.
