Well-known carrier steals millions from the state - journalist

Kyiv-based journalist Hennadiy Pavlychenko has published evidence of fraud by the Express-T company, run by odious businessman Oleksandr Pryimak.

“I personally witnessed how, in broad daylight, drivers cover their car license plates before the control weighing on the highway. It is clear that the cars are overloaded, but the number plate will not be recorded on the cameras and the company will not pay the state anything,” the journalist noted.

“Stupid redneck and absurdity, but in this way Oleksandr Priymak saves millions of hryvnia, which would go to the budget. His Express-T carries construction rubble - thousands of such flights per month,” wrote Hennadiy Pavlychenko.

Pavlichenko’s photographs and videos show drivers covering the license plates of Express-Tehbud branded trucks (part of Express-T) in front of a weighing point in the Kyiv region.
