SBI investigates case of illicit enrichment of Colonel Nanivskyi, head of Lviv housing and maintenance department

SBI investigators consider him the organizer of a scheme to receive bribes from contractors supplying goods to military units, and with this money he bought real estate and cars.

At the request of the SBI, the Lviv court has already seized his probably illegally acquired property - in particular, his daughter’s apartment and a house in Bryukhovichi.

At the same time, Nanivskyi learned about the criminal case against him from the media. He denies the SBI’s suspicions of illegal enrichment, claiming that he received almost 1.2 million UAH upon his dismissal from the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2020.

However, this money is not reflected in his declarations.
