Situation at the front: 74 military clashes were recorded per day

This is stated in the operational information as of 16:00 on June 12 on the Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"Since the beginning of the day, 74 combat engagements took place on the frontline of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The defence forces are resolutely restraining the enemy’s offensive and responding firmly to any enemy activity. The invaders continue to strike at Ukrainian border settlements. Today, the enemy used NARs (unguided aerial missiles - ed.) from the direction of Kucherov village in the Myropillya area in Sumy region," the statement said.

In the Kharkiv sector, the occupiers are actively using the CABs from the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. Thus, Vovchansk and Hlyboke were attacked from the direction of Shebekino, Podolyany from the direction of Ushakove, Lyptsi and Terny from the direction of Belgorod, and Veterynne from the area of Valkovske. In the same direction, the aggressor attacked near Hlyboke.

In addition, according to the General Staff, Russian troops increased the number of attacks in the Kupyansk sector. Six unsuccessful attempts to push our troops back were recorded there. Three more assault operations are ongoing in the areas of Synkivka, Berestove and Pishchane.

The occupants are most active in the Pokrovsk sector - 25 attacks have been conducted so far, nine of which are still ongoing. In particular, fighting is taking place in the areas of Kalynove, Yevhenivka and Novoselivka I. Russian aviation is using anti-aircraft gunships. The areas of Oleksandropil, Vozdvizhenka, Progress and Vovche were bombed.

One combat engagement took place in the Prydniprovskyi sector so far.

One more Russian attack was conducted in the Kramatorsk, Vremivsk and Orikhivsk sectors. All of them were unsuccessful for the enemy.

In other areas, the situation has not undergone significant changes.
