During the day on Monday, June 24, Russian occupation forces fired 33 times at border areas and settlements in the Sumy region - a total of 108 strikes were recorded.

The press service of the Sumy RMA reported this on Facebook.

"108 explosions were registered. The Khotyn, Yunakiv, Bilopil, Vorozhbiansk, Krasnopil, Velykopysarivsk, Novoslobidsk, Esmansk, Shalyhyne, Seredyno-Budsk, Znob-Novhorod communities were shelled," the statement said.

As noted, the enemy fired mortars at the Shalyhynska community, resulting in 5 explosions.

The Seredyna-Buda community was attacked by FPV drones, mortars and artillery. In total, there were 18 explosions.

The Russians attacked the Yunakivska community with artillery and two FPV drones (4 explosions).

In the Velykopysarivska community, mortar and artillery fire was recorded, as well as the dropping of explosives from UAVs - 22 explosions.

At the same time, Russians dropped 8 mines on the territory of the Znob-Novhorod community.

The Krasnopilska community was subjected to mortar attacks (10 explosions).

The Khotyn community was shelled from a tank (2 explosions).

An attack by FPV drones was recorded in the Vorozhbiansk community (3 explosions).

Russians dropped 26 mines on the Esman community.

The enemy fired at the Bilopilska community with artillery and mortars (6 explosions).

The enemy fired mortar shells at the Novoslobidska community (4 explosions).
