General Staff called on Ukrainians to contact recruiting centers

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine urged citizens to contact recruiting centers. Hundreds of men go to the TRC and SS with distrust, because they do not know what work they will do, but you can choose the position and unit in the Armed Forces of Ukraine yourself.

An explanation was published by the press service of the General Staff. They noted that hundreds of men do not have a clear idea of what role they will perform in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular, this applies to the rank and file.

The fear that their civilian knowledge, skills and experience will not be taken into account when enlisting in a military unit can undermine the motivation and desire of Ukrainians to fulfill their civic duty.

However, the most effective way to overcome this fear is the recruitment procedure followed by signing a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This allows you to choose a position and department according to your professional skills and personal preferences.

The General Staff clarified that military units post vacancies on various platforms, including Lobby X and Robota.ua. Citizens find vacant positions and then submit their resumes.

“I print out the resume, study it, agree with the commander, and we call this citizen for an interview with our military unit. Based on the results of the interview, we provide the Ukrainian citizen with a letter of recommendation, with which he is in the territorial center of recruitment and social support, and then transfers it to the command of the logistics forces regarding the conscription of this citizen to our military service. We are talking about contract service.
