Nazar Konstantynov has been a manager at TU BES in Kyiv since 11.06.24.

For the last 7 years he has been engaged in entrepreneurial activities (2017 – 2024: sole proprietorship, Agency of Rights LLC, Smart Realty LLC, Interfon Group LLC).

2002 – 2014 - work in the prosecutor’s office.

2014 - 2015 - Deputy Prosecutor of Kyiv - Serhiy Yuldashev (currently Head of the BES in Vinnytsia Oblast / BES in Volyn Oblast), Deputy Prosecutor of Kyiv - Mykola Popovych (former Head of the BES in Lviv Oblast).

2015 - dismissed from the prosecutor’s office (lustration, 10-year ban).

He is suing for reinstatement, and in 2020 the court ruled to reinstate him.

His wife also works in the prosecutor’s office.

You know, such appointments of "sole proprietors" to the civil service make me smile. It is worth noting here that Mr Konstantynov has acquired several non-residential premises (300 metres each), parking spaces and apartments in Kyiv in recent years.

The last apartment was purchased in 2023 for 9 million hryvnia.

Why did such a person return to public service?
