Attack of the “shaheds”: on the approaches to the capital, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down all Russian drones

The official clarified that the enemy UAVs were eliminated by the defenders of the Ukrainian sky on the approaches to Kyiv.

“Today, again, a certain number of enemy UAVs were sent to Kyiv, but all of them were destroyed by air defence forces and means on the approaches,” the head of the administration said in a statement on his Telegram.

He added that information about the type and number of occupiers’ drones will appear later in the reports of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

According to Popko, there is no data on damage and casualties as a result of an enemy air attack in Kyiv.

The KCMA also noted that over the past 2 weeks, “this is at least the fifth real attempt by the enemy to attack the capital with drones.”
