Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 19 enemy assaults in the Pokrovsk direction in one day

Since the beginning of the day, 81 combat clashes have occurred at the front; 24 enemy assaults have already been counted in the Pokrovsk direction, 19 have been repelled, and 5 enemy attacks are still ongoing.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.

In the Kharkiv sector, two firefights took place near Vovchansk and Lyptsi, where one battle is currently ongoing.

In the Kupyansk sector, the enemy conducted nine offensives in the direction of Hlushkivka, Stelmakhivka and Synkivka. Five attacks are currently underway.

There were 11 combat engagements in the Liman sector. The enemy stormed the positions of our defenders near Hrekivka, Makiivka, Nevske, Terny, Novosadove and Torske. Ten battles were completed and one is still ongoing.

In the Siverskyi sector, our Ukrainian defenders stopped an enemy assault near Verkhnekamianske.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the invading army was advancing towards Hryhorivka, Kalynivka, Chasovyi Yar, Klishchiyivka and Predtechyno. A total of eight firefights took place, three of which are still ongoing.

In the Toretsk sector, the occupants attacked 15 times near Zalizne, Toretsk, Diliyivka and Nelipivka. Fourteen of the attacks were repelled, and one more is ongoing.

In addition, the invaders carried out two air strikes on Dachne and Druzhba.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Russians conducted 24 assault operations in the areas of Vozdvyzhenka, Kalynove, Zelene Pole, Myroliubivka, Hrodivka, Mykolaivka, Ptyche, Novohrodivka, Zavitne and Mykhailivka. The Ukrainian defence forces are holding back the Russian offensive and repelled 19 attacks, with five engagements still ongoing. The enemy’s losses in this area are being clarified.

The enemy also carried out five air strikes, dropping two UAVs on Kalynove and launching NARs towards Oleksandropol.

In the Kurakhove sector, the invaders attacked six times without success near Krasnohorivka, Kostiantynivka and Paraskoviivka.

In the Vremivsk sector, the enemy stormed our positions four times near Razdolne and Vodiane, where one firefight is currently underway.

In the Hulyaipole and Orikhivske directions, the occupants, using aircraft, launched two air strikes in the areas of Dolyna and Kamyanske.

In the Dnipro direction, as a result of the military clash, the Russians suffered a defeat.

In other areas of the front, there are no significant changes.
