Kyiv Pechersk Court begins hearing on choosing a measure of restraint for MP Dmytruk

The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv has begun hearing the case to determine a preventive measure for People’s Deputy Artem Dmytruk, who recently illegally left the country.

The MP’s lawyer, Vitaliy Zaperechenko, expressed his concern that he and his client "have no information about the criminal proceedings, in particular, its number."

“We learned all the information about possible procedural decisions regarding Dmytruk from the media, in particular, from the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General. There was a message published about a summons to conduct procedural actions at 10:00 on August 29, but they did not specify what procedural actions, on what issues, on what proceedings they did not provide information.”
