This was reported by the head of the RMA, Oleh Syniehubov. He noted that an elderly woman died during the attack.

"At 15:30, the occupiers attacked the city of Kupyansk. As a result of the shelling, a house was damaged. A 78-year-old woman died," Syniehubov emphasized in his message.
