The detained on bribery charges deputy of Dubnevych, Mykola Pushchak, declared more than 60 land plots
The first deputy head of the Solonkivka rural area, Mykola Pushchak, who was detained for bribery on September 18, declared 63 land plots, 51 of which are in the Carpathians.
This information is contained in Mykola Pushchak’s income declaration for 2023, which is published in the corresponding NACP registry.
Mykola Pushchak, who has held the position of first deputy head of Bohdan Dubnevych since the end of 2020, owns a house with an area of 148 m2 in the village of Tukholka in the Kozivka community and two land plots there. He also owns six plots in the Bibre and Solonkivka communities.
The official’s wife, Ruslana Pushchak, has six land plots in the Bibre and Solonkivka communities and 48 land plots in the Carpathians. Of these, three are in an unnamed settlement in the Slavska community, 15 are in the urban-type settlement of Verkhnye Synovidne in the Skole community, and 30 are in the village of Khitar in the Slavska UTC. Most of the plots in the Carpathians owned by Ruslana Pushchak have an area of 6 acres each and were acquired by her in 2021.
At the same time, Ruslana Pushchak is one of several dozen defendants in a court case regarding the illegal allocation of land by the State GeoCadastre in the Lviv region.
The case concerns more than 37 hectares of land in total, which were supposed to be transferred to the communal property of the Slavska UTC after its creation. Instead, State GeoCadastre officials allocated the land to a number of individuals who divided it into smaller plots and resold or gifted them to third parties.
In December 2023, the Skole District Court of the Lviv region satisfied the claim of the Slavske village council. However, representatives of the State GeoCadastre and other defendants in the case filed an appeal.
In addition to the land, Mykola Pushchak owns a 2007 Mercedes-Benz CL500, and his wife uses a 2015 Mercedes-Benz S300.
In 2023, Mykola Pushchak received a salary of 717,000 UAH from the Solonkivka village council, while his wife earned 37,000 UAH from two private firms and 78,000 UAH from the alienation of securities and corporate rights. Ruslana Pushchak also received an unnamed gift, which she valued at 100,000 UAH. There is no information about the couple’s savings in Mykola Pushchak’s declaration.
Ruslana Pushchak is the owner of LLC MP "Business-Service-M" and LLC "Vistula – W". Both companies are engaged in the extraction of sand, gravel, limestone, and other minerals.
