Occupiers are advancing on the flanks of Vuhledar, - Ground Forces

The Russian Armed Forces are actively advancing on the flanks of Vuhledar, and the situation is close to a "semi-encirclement," said Ivan Tymochko, head of the Council of Reservists of the Ground Forces.

He noted that the absence of residential buildings on the flanks contributes to this advancement, as there are no defensive positions. However, he emphasizes that the city is not currently "even in operational encirclement."

At the same time, Tymochko suggested that the Armed Forces of Ukraine may evacuate if the city is destroyed and there are no buildings left to hold onto.
