In Kharkiv region, a Supreme Court judge died as a result of an FPV drone strike on a car

In Kozacha Lopan, a Russian drone attacked a civilian vehicle. As a result of the strike, a Supreme Court judge was killed.

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the source RBC-Ukraine, the deceased judge was Leonid Loboyko.

According to law enforcement data, today, September 28, an enemy FPV drone hit a civilian vehicle "Mitsubishi Lancer" in the village of Kozacha Lopan, Derhachi TC. As a result of the strike, the 61-year-old driver died on the spot. The victim of this cynical attack was a Supreme Court judge who was delivering humanitarian aid to local residents.

It is also currently known that three women were injured. According to preliminary data, they were also in this vehicle. They were hospitalized.

"Updated information will be provided after all details of another crime by the Russian army are established," the prosecutor’s office emphasized.

Law enforcement officers noted that prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military.
