Ukrainians liable for military service will not be able to receive a deferment if they have not updated their data at the TRC

Men who have not updated their information in the TRC will not be able to receive a reservation.

According to the government decree, starting from October 2, 2024, enterprises are not allowed to defer conscription for those who have not clarified their data, violated military registration rules, or are on the wanted list.

To defer an employee and ensure their automatic transfer to special military registration, the following conditions must be met:

– being on military registration: the employee must be subject to conscription and have a military registration document (in paper or electronic format),

– being on personal military registration with the relevant state body, enterprise, or institution,

– absence of the employee from the wanted list, information about which is contained in the register of those subject to conscription and in the "Armor" database, accessible to the National Police.
